Nothing fancy here, I started this site in order to pass time while I was in the wonderful KSA. I am now back home in the USA and still sharing my yummy recipes for you! Most people don't know this about me but I absolutely love cooking. I find it both challenging and relaxing. I love creating new recipes just as much as I love cooking an old favorite. Over the last few years my recipe box has become more on the healthier side. As I got older, my body became less forgiving for what I put in it. I've had to face that working out was no longer enough and won't give you the results you want. Growing up, I never had a weight issue so it was difficult to change my eating habits at first. I could eat whatever I wanted as long as I was working out, I was happy. As I got a little older it was hard to admit that healthy eating is the only solution to see those drastic results. You are what you eat! Being healthy is not a diet, does not have a timeline and is not a destination. It's a way of life! Having a meal that is both healthy and delicious can be tough, but it's possible! This site is full of recipes I've come across over the years and some that I have created on my own. They are healthy meals that satisfy every craving. If you are looking for delicious meals then this site it for you! If you are working out and looking for a healthy lifestyle change, then this is a good place to start.
