Apple Pie Oats
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup fat free milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1/2 banana, diced into coins and then in 1/2
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
1. Chop apple and place in microwave. Microwave on high for 30 seconds-1 minute. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples while still warm.
2. Toss together apples, milk and oats. Top with PB, bananas and additional cinnamon if desired.
