Finding a healthy salad dressing or sauce is nearly impossible to find. Making your own is your best bet when it comes to being healthy. They are easy to make and can be fun to experiment with different spices and flavors. You can totally customize them to what flavor you prefer. You can store them in tupperware, fancy bottles or even just mason jars.
