Hazelnut Spread
- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray baking sheet with olive oil spray.
2. Pour hazelnuts on sheet and roast in oven for 10 minutes. Let cool 1-2 minutes. Place in blender or food processor and blend about 5 minutes.
3. Add maple syrup and cacao powder. Blend another 2-4 minutes. Slowly add in water and continue to blend until reached desired consistency. Enjoy!
* This is by far the cleanest and healthiest hazelnut spread you will ever have. It tastes very similar to Nutella, minus all the processed ingredients.
