I knew I wanted to work with people when I went to college and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. I grew up as a multiple sport athlete and participated in a number of different sports and activities. After school, I continued to stay active and enjoyed working out. I finally made the decision to put the two things I love together, fitness and working with individuals, and make this my profession. My goal as a fitness professional is to motivate and inspire others to adopt a healthy lifestyle and reach their fitness goals, all while understanding the importance of BALANCE. I understand the importance of working hard and achieving results but also strive to make exercise enjoyable. I also hold certifications in Fitness Nutrition and Pre- Post- Natal Fitness. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, preparing for your big day or tone up for summer, I can design a specialized fitness program to meet your needs no matter what your journey may be!
