- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to container and store in refrigerator 1 week.
* You can substitute parsley for dill, cilantro or basil depending on the hint of flavor you want.
