Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- pinch red pepper flakes
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until mixed well.
* TIP: Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds to soften if needed.
*TIP: Use PB2 or a Peanut Butter Powder to make this even lower calories!
