Homemade Sesame Dressing
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
- pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to container and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
* The red pepper flakes are optional depending on how spicy you like it. You can also substitute crushed red pepper/chili powder.
