Oil-Free Hummus
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- add water to get get desired consistency
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until all ingredients are mixed into a creamy consistency.
* This recipe is so easy and doesn't contain all the oil that store-bought hummus has! Add other spices or ingredients like paprika, chili powder, cajun, or even avocado for different flavors!
