- 1/4 cup cold pressed sesame oil
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
- pinch red pepper flakes
- sea salt and black pepper
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl, transfer to container and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
* Red pepper flakes are optional depending on how spicy you like it.
