Cilantro Dressing

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • pinch chili powder
  • pepper to taste


1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
