Cilantro Dressing
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- pinch chili powder
- pepper to taste
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
