Avocado Tuna Salad
- 1 can chunk light tuna in water
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Drain tuna.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Serve on whole grain, rye or wheat bread. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
