Banana Nut Overnight Oats
- 30g rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana, sliced
1. Mix all ingredients except banana in a bowl. Place in covered container in refrigerator overnight.
2. Add banana slices to oatmeal in the morning and enjoy!
