Banana Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 ice cubes


1. Add almond milk, chia seeds and protein powder to blender. Blend on low until it reaches water consistency, 1 minute. 

2. All all other ingredients and blend on low-medium until desired consistency is reached.

* I LOVE ALL THINGS PUMPKIN! This is a great post workout snack in the fall...or all year round for you pumpkin lovers.
