Banana Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 cup pure pumpkin
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2-3 ice cubes
1. Add almond milk, chia seeds and protein powder to blender. Blend on low until it reaches water consistency, 1 minute.
2. All all other ingredients and blend on low-medium until desired consistency is reached.
