BBQ Ribs

  • 4 lbs. pork baby back ribs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot sauce


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Place in shallow baking pan and brown in oven for 15 minutes. Turn over and brown another 15 minutes. Drain fat. 

2. In a medium bow, mix ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oregano, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. 

3. Place ribs in slow cooker and pour sauce over ribs. Turn to coat. 

4. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
