Berry Green Power Smoothie
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
1. Add water and spinach to blender. Blend on low abut 1 minute.
2. Add al other ingredients. Blend on low 1 minute, turn to high for another minute. Blend on low until smooth.
* This is my "go-to" smoothie after a workout. Mainly because I usually have the ingredients handy. I like to mix up the berries, sometimes just strawberry, sometimes mixed, etc.
