Banana Blueberry Pancakes
- Blueberries
- 1 large egg
- 1 large banana
1. Peel and slice banana. Mash banana and egg together until well combined.
2. Heat skillet on medium heat and spray with olive oil spray.
3. Pour batter onto skillet, about 1/4 cup, and add a few blueberries. Cook each side until lightly brown. Drizzle with pure maple syrup.
* Double the quantity of each ingredient for more pancakes.
