Blueberry Mango Power Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh blueberries and diced mango
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
1. Place one cup of water, chia seeds and 1 scoop whey protein powder in blender. Blend on low until it makes water consistency.
2. Add spinach, blueberries and mango. Blend on low, slowly turning high to combine all ingredients.
* You can also add ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
