Buffalo Wing Hummus
- 15oz can chickpeas (Garbanzo beans) rinsed well and drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic, chopped or crushed
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup water.
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
* Believe it or not, it's hard to find hummus out here in the middle east. The only one I have been able to find has been in a can and I still haven't opened it. They have it at most restaurants but I believe most people make it themselves here. The ingredients aren't hard to find, but you won't find a container of Joseph's anywhere around here. I found this recipe on skinnymom.com. You can adjust it to make it less/more spicy and add other ingredients like avocado, more garlic, etc.
