Cheesecake Cookie Cups

  • 1 16.5oz package Nestle Tollhouse refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14oz can Nestle Carnation Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 21oz can cherry pie filling

1. Preheat over to 325 degrees. Paper line 24 muffin cups.

2. Place 1 piece of cookie dough in each muffin cup.

3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.

4. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth.

5. Pour about 3 tbsp cream cheese mixture over each cookie cup. Bake additional 15-18 minutes or until set.

6. Cool completely in pan or on wire rack. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate 1 hour.

* FYI: I do love this recipe and these come out amazing; however, they are not healthy at all. I also prefer strawberry pie filling rather than cherry ;)
