Chocolate Omelette
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- dark chocolate chips
- yogurt for topping
- 1 banana
- dash of cinnamon
1. Lightly spray small skillet with olive oil spray and heat on medium high. In a small bowl, whisk together egg whites, protein powder and cocoa powder.
2. Pour egg mixture into skillet and swirl around to coat bottom. Sprinkle cinnamon over omelette. Let sit for 2-3 minutes until begins to bubble. Fold over as you would an omelette and cook another 2 minutes.
3. Slice banana and top with yogurt and chocolate chips. Drizzle with Pure maple syrup or honey.
* Try mixing up this recipe with apples on the side, or filling the omelette with bananas, yogurt, nutella or peanut butter. Use 4 egg whites and a larger skillet for a bigger omelette.
