Cranberry Pork

  • 1 3lb. boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 16oz can cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup french salad dressing
  • 1 onion, sliced


1. In a medium bowl, stir cranberry sauce, salad dressing and onion slices. 

2. Place pork in slow cooker and cover with sauce mixture. 

3. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours. 

* This is one of my favorite slow cooker meals. I love making this for guests, it is so easy and so delicious! Always a hit!
