Green-Apple Power Smoothie
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
1. Pour water and protein powder into blender. Blend on low for one minute until combined.
2. Dice apple leaving out core. Add apple, spinach and chia seeds to blender. Blend on low one minute, then medium until well combined.
* Apples are great in smoothies if you don't like them too thick. They have a more watery consistency. After having this I realized adding some cinnamon in the smoothie or even on top would probably make this even better!
