Grilled Garlic Lamb Patty
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat grill on high heat. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and form small patties.
2. Place on the grill and cook each side about 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
* You an also make this on the stove top using a skillet. Just lightly spray skillet with olive oil and heat on medium high heat. Cook for same amount of time. I make these small in order to keep portion control and have them alone. (They are that good!) You can also make these larger and serve them on whole wheat/whole grain buns or sandwich thins for a lamb burger!
