Guacamole

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp  freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6-8 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced


1. Cut the avocados in 1/2, remove pits, dice and scoop into large bowl. 

2. Immediately add all ingredients. Mix well. 

* Guacamole is a easy and healthy snack. You can also use it as a spread instead of mayo on sandwiches or wraps. You can easily customize this to extra spicy, more onions, garlic etc.
