Honey Garlic Chicken
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 20oz can pineapple tidbits, drained with juice reserved
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken thighs until evenly browned on all sides. Place in slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger and reserved pineapple juice. Pour over chicken in slow cooker.
3. Cook on high 4 hours.
4. Stir in pineapple tidbits just before serving. Remove thighs from slow cooker. Serve sauce over chicken.
