Italian Sausage Hors d'oeuvres

• 1 package old neighborhood italian sausage, cooked
• frozen puff pastry dough

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray baking sheet with olive oil spray. Thaw dough and cut into 3/4 inch strips. 

2. Spiral wrap dough around entire length of sausage and place on baking sheet. 

3. Bake 40 minutes or until pastry is brown. Sprinkle with desired seasonings. 

* Try different seasonings or even different types of sausage. Apple-sausage is a great option.
