Lemon Parmesan Crusted Salmon
2-3 Salmon Filets
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan
1-2 tsp Mustard
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Paprika
1/2 Lemon Juiced
Splash of Coconut Aminos
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add mustard, Aminos and juice from 1/2 lemon.
3. Spread mixture over salmon and cook 12-14 min.
*Tip* Broil on high 1-2 min for a little extra crisp to the crust!
