Oat Pancakes

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

1. Slice banana and place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Mixture will be a little thick. 

2. Spray skillet with olive oil spray and heat over medium heat. Scoop mixture onto skillet and cook each side about 3 minutes until starts to brown. 

* Makes about 4 pancakes. Serve with honey, pure maple syrup. Add cinnamon, nutmeg or cacao powder for different flavors!
