Onion Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 small sweet onion, diced into rings
  • 8 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

1. Place chicken in slow cooker. 

2. In a small bowl, mix onion, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar. Pour over chicken. 

3. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
