Peking Pork Chops
- 6 thick cut pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Place pork chops in slow cooker.
2. Mix brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl and pour over meat.
3. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
