Pineapple Blue-Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup sliced fresh pineapple and blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 2-3 ice cubes


1. Add water and protein to blender. Blend on low for about one minute until makes watery consistency.

2. Add spinach, pineapples, blueberries and ice cubes to blender. Blend on low one minute, increase to medium for one minute and then back to low until smooth. 

* Add chia seeds to this smoothie to make it a "power smoothie!"
