Pineapple Pork Roast
- 1 3lb boneless pork roast
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 20oz can pineapple chunk, undrained
- 1 1/2 cups chopped dried cranberries
1. Rub the pork roast with salt and pepper on all sides and place in slow cooker.
2. pour in pineapple chunks and juice. Sprinkle in cranberries.
3. Cover and cook on low 7 hours.
* If you haven't tried pineapples in a slow cooker, you MUST!
