Post-Workout Banana Bites
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
1. Slice Banana into 1/2 inch slices.
2. Using a butter knife, spread peanut butter on one slice of banana and add another on top to make one bite. Continue with rest of pieces.
* I love having this after a workout. Lots of natural protein for recovering muscles!
