Pumpkin Dip

  • 1 8oz package light cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup pure canned pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp fat free vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1 tbsp truvia sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • crackers for dipping


1. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend until combined and forms creamy mixture. 

2. Pour into bowl and serve with crackers.
