Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 10oz bag marsh mellows
- 1 3.4oz box pumpkin spice instant pudding mix
- 5 cups rice krispie cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- sprinkles
1. Line 9inch square baking pan with foil. Grease foil with butter. Set aside.
2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add marsh mellows and stir constantly until melted. Lower heat to Low-Medium. Remove from heat and quickly stir in pudding mix. Fold in cereal.
3. Pour mixture into buttered pan. Press treats into pan.
4. Spread melted chocolate over tip of treats and sprinkle immediately with sprinkles.
5. Allow to set, 1 hour. Cut and serve.
