Simplest Banana Pancakes
- 2 eggs, 1 egg white
- 1 banana
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour batter onto nonstick skillet over medium heat. Let each side cook about 2 minutes.
* This is the simplest form of a banana pancake so feel free to add cinnamon, cacao powder, cocoa powder, protein powder, flax seeds, blueberries, etc! You can also top with fruit, yogurt, pure maple syrup or almond slices. (pictured)This recipe makes about 12 small pancakes.
* Tip: Keep pancakes on the smaller side and they will be easier to flip!
