Skillet Bananas

  • 1 banana
  • dash of cinnamon
  • honey
  • olive oil spray


1. Spray skillet with olive oil spray. Slice banana and place slices on skillet. 

2. Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the bananas. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook other side 2 more minutes. Let cool 1 minute before serving. 

* These are unbelievable! Absolutely incredible! You can make these for breakfast, post workout, or just a snack during you day. These are a must try!
