Spicy Edamame

  • 1 bag frozen shelled edamame
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • cracked pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • sea salt to taste

1. Cook edamame as directed on package.

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl/tupperware. Put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

* This is not only a great appetizer before your sushi, but also a great on-the-go snack for you busy bees. Just put some in a ziplock bag and go! Add as much garlic, pepper, salt as you want depended on your taste! I tend to leave out the pepper completely.
