Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
- 1 15oz can chickpeas (Garbanzo beans) drained
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- olive oil cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a medium sized bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, salt and red pepper flakes.
3. Spread chickpeas onto baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Toss and bake additional 15 minutes. Let cool.
