Strawberry Pineapple Power Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh spinach 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

1. Add water and protein powder to blender. Blend on low for one minute until water and powder completely combined. 

2. Add remaining ingredients to blender. Blend on low 30 seconds, high for one minute and again on low until ingredients combined.
