Sweet Potato Wedges
- 3 sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 1 tsp avocado oil, coconut oil or olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
1. Preheat over to 425 degrees. Lightly coat large baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a large ziplock bag, toss potato wedges with oil, salt and cinnamon.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.
* Love making these to accompany my main coarse. They are so easy. Try substituting/adding cayenne pepper for a spicier taste! So good!
