Turkey Hummus Avocado Roll-ups
- 1-2 slices turkey breast
- 2 slices avocado
- 1 tbsp hummus
1. Lay turkey breast out flat. If using two, lay one directly on top of the other.
2. Spread hummus on top of turkey and add avocado. Roll-up for bread-less sandwich.
* I usually make two of these depending how big the turkey slice is. So yummy for a nice light lunch!
