Vanilla Coconut Overnight Oats

  • 30g rolled oats (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp organic shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • fruit for topping

1. Mix all ingredients, aside from fruit, in a bowl. Store in covered container overnight. Add desired fruit on top to mix in the morning!

* Oats are great because they are so versatile. There are a million different combinations you can put together for some good, healthy oatmeal! Add any kind of fruit you like on top of this one!
