Vanilla Coconut Overnight Oats
- 30g rolled oats (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp organic shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- fruit for topping
1. Mix all ingredients, aside from fruit, in a bowl. Store in covered container overnight. Add desired fruit on top to mix in the morning!
