What do I keep handy in the Kitchen?
Here is a list of all things I like to make sure I always have for my favorite recipes:
Food I'll buy weekly to make sure it's fresh:
I always make sure my refrigerator is stocked with eggs, almond milk, onions, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, cucumbers, apples, oranges, baby carrots, fresh spinach, berries, bananas, yogurt and avocado. In the cabinet there are always canned veggies like green beans, spinach, pumpkin, carrots, corn, and organic beans. That way when I have what I need for any recipe AND if I don't feel like following one, I can throw what I feel like having together. Most other foods I will buy for certain recipes or when they are in season.
