Whole Wheat Bread
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray loaf pan with olive oil spray. Mix water, flour and yeast in a bowl. Let rise until mixture doubles in size, about 30 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and knead together by hand. Dough should be sticky. Add additional warm water if needed. Let rise for 30 minutes. Knead mixture again with hands and place in loaf pan. Let rise for another 30 minutes to fill out loaf pan.
3. Place in oven and back for 40 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes- 1 hours before removing from pan. Store in refrigerator to keep fresh.
