- 2 medium zucchini, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blended until smooth. Serve with raw veggies: carrots, celery, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers.
